Greek Yogurt Parfait with Berries & Granola

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened, low-fat or full-fat)
  • ½ cup fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, or a mix)
  • ¼ cup granola (low-sugar or homemade)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • A few crushed nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans – optional)

Directions:

  1. In a bowl or glass, add half the Greek yogurt.
  2. Layer with half the berries and granola.
  3. Add remaining yogurt, then top with the rest of the berries and granola.
  4. Sprinkle with chia seeds and crushed nuts.
  5. Drizzle with a bit of honey or maple syrup if desired.
