Greek Yogurt Parfait with Berries & Granola
Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened, low-fat or full-fat)
- ½ cup fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, or a mix)
- ¼ cup granola (low-sugar or homemade)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- A few crushed nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans – optional)
Directions:
- In a bowl or glass, add half the Greek yogurt.
- Layer with half the berries and granola.
- Add remaining yogurt, then top with the rest of the berries and granola.
- Sprinkle with chia seeds and crushed nuts.
- Drizzle with a bit of honey or maple syrup if desired.
