Maintain healthy weight:

  • Move the screen so your eyes at level with the top of the monitor. It lets you look slightly down at the screen.
  • Try to avoid glare from windows and lights. Then use the anti glare screen if needed in the house.
  • Choose a comfortable and supportive chair. The position is needed to be away from the screen.
  • If your eyes are dry, then blink more times and also try to use artificial tears.
  • Take rest and give rest to the eyes for a minimum 20 minutes. Look 20 feet away for 20 seconds. Get up at least every 2 hours and take a 15 minutes break from work.
