Change Your Life Style : Healthy Habits
Life Style Changes to follow:
- Get up early in the morning.
- Brush your teeth twice a day and floss every day.
- Drink a Lot of water : Hydrate yourself.
- Go for a Morning walk / Exercise.
- Take a low carb and low fat breakfast : Example – fruits , salads , eggs . etc
- Don’t smoke.
- Limit your alcohol.
- If you have medication, take it regularly.
- 8 hour sleep : Improve your sleep. Aim for 8 hours.
- Expose yourself to sun in early morning . This gives you vitamin D.
- Stay out of the sun from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Control your anger.
- Relax : keep your stress level low.
- Light dinner is enough.
- Have a Night walk.
- Read about health or Know more about health.
- When required don’t hesitate to talk with your doctor.
