Change Your Life Style : Healthy Habits


Life Style Changes to follow:

  • Get up early in the morning.
  • Brush your teeth twice a day and floss every day.
  • Drink a Lot of water : Hydrate yourself.
  • Go for a Morning walk / Exercise.
  • Take a low carb and low fat breakfast : Example – fruits , salads , eggs . etc
  • Don’t smoke.
  • Limit your alcohol.
  • If you have medication, take it regularly.
  • 8 hour sleep : Improve your sleep. Aim for 8 hours.
  • Expose yourself to sun in early morning . This gives you vitamin D.
  • Stay out of the sun from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Control your anger.
  • Relax : keep your stress level low.
  • Light dinner is enough.
  • Have a Night walk.
  • Read about health or Know more about health.
  • When required don’t hesitate to talk with your doctor.
