Mushrooms are rich in Dietary fiber :

Dietary fiber plays an important role in weight management by functioning as a “bulking agent” in the digestive system.

Mushrooms contain two types of dietary fibers in their cell walls, beta-glucans and chitin.

These increase satiety and reduce appetite. By making you feel fuller longer, they can reduce overall calorie intake.
It plays an excellent role in weight reduction.

Just because mushrooms are pale in color doesn’t mean they lack nutritional value.  Mushrooms are low in calories, fairly high in protein and can provide a good source of fiber and many nutrients.  Because of this, mushrooms can be considered good for weight loss.
