Headache can cause pain in the any location of the head. However, the cause and intensity of the pain can differ accordingly to the types of headaches. The term episodic headaches happen very often for even every hour and may last more than several hours. And the other one is chronic type which are more consistent. These types happen monthly but also last for days. So we should have some pain management plan handy. Women often feel these types before menstruation.

Tension headache

This type of headache is common which feels like a dull, aching sensation all over the head. It can be with tenderness or sensitivity around the neck, forehead, scalp, and shoulder muscles. It can happen to anyone especially for working people due to their work pressure. Stress can trigger these episodes often with chest pain.

Often it can cause more pain and arouse distress or uncomfortable situation. Tension headache may also trigger and become chronic pain.

Cluster headaches:

This type of headache is most common among people. Usually people meet one or two episodes a day. Most of the cluster headaches lasts 15 minutes to 4 hours. This Cluster headache causes severe burning & piercing pain.

These are felt behind the one eye or both.  It can even cause swelling, redness, fluting and nasal congestion. The cluster headaches may also occur due to climate changes like spring and fall. In this type the doctors are not sure of the causes the cluster headaches. But they have an effective method to control over it or to relieve from the pain.

Migraine

The migraine is one of the painful and disturbing headaches that happen very often with people who are sensitive to flash light. This type of migraine often happens to people workingk long hours on the computers or with loud noises.

Migraine happens in the one side of the head which alternatively transfers to the other side.  In addition, you may feel nausea and vomiting symptoms. Some types of migraines will happen because the person next to you feels that he has one side headache.  Automatically we feel the same kind of headache after some time which is known as aura.

Migraine occur most often in women than men.  People who face stress can also feel migraine. Additionally it occurs with skipping meals, taking medication, oily foods, indigestion, dehydration.

Allergy or sinus headaches

This type are commonly felt in forehead. The sinus headaches occur due to allergic reaction. At times, migraine are misdiagnosed as sinus headaches.

In this case people who have sinusitis might feel often than other people. This type of headache is common with nose block or symptoms of cold. In these cases, your physician can also additionally prescribe antibiotics to clean the contamination and relieve your symptoms.

Hormone headaches

This type of headaches are mostly happen to women’s due to pregnancy, birth control pills, menstruation, these are affect your estrogen level that might give you headache
